Wildfire® This is a responsive, comfortable white water kayak. Because of its medium volume and rounded edges, it's an excellent choice for beginners/intermediates and for experts wanting a stable kayak that is easy to handle even in big waves and difficult situations. It turns very fast and surfs well. There is adequate space for storage on those extended trips.
It's relatively fast for a whitewater kayak, requiring less effort to paddle than a shorter boat. It's one of the easiest rolling kayaks available anywhere. I recommend this as an excellent all-around kayak that will satisfy all but the most esoteric or specialized paddler. The boat is also an excellent choice for unknown large water.
(For years this was my favorite river boat: forgiving, fast and still maneuverable enough to get down most rivers.)
